The white painted body coordinates with kitchens, hospitals, and most all commercial applications. The unit is just 18 1/2" x 12" x 6" in dimensions. The FTP80SS is a larger 80 Watt model that covers a huge 2600 sq ft area. Features a stainless steel body which also coordinates with most all commercial applications . Only 24" x 12" x 6" in dimensions. Both models are UL listed and include a 3 year warranty. Light tubes should be replaced every 12 months, and gluepads should be replaced every 4 weeks.
