The included instructions provide easy assembly. Once assembled , the Flytrap Reflector should be place ideally in the darkest place free from windows and skylights. The 6' power cord gives enough clearance between this location and your 110V - 60Hz (3-prong) power source. The 15W bulb produces UV light which attracts mosquitoes, flies, and other flying insects to the unit, and the specially designed glue pad simply sits inside the unit and captures these insects leaving them helpless, in a "sticky" situation. The glue pads are pheremone impregnated to provide extra insect attractancy. The unit covers 215 sq. ft
